We are looking to hire an Engagement Manager who is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. He/She have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. This resource will help us build strong relationships of great performance & trust amongst our Clientele and spread the word about how we offer the best possible Digital Advertising experience in the industry.

@Merkle|Sokrati, you will:

  • Establish a thorough understanding of client’s business, brand, customers and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance and develop solutions that address their business needs and goals
  • Establish and maintain client relationships including client communication, report delivery, project management and strategy development.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams of analysts and technologists to implement and deliver on client commitments.
  • Be good at putting out your thought to the client and commanding respect in the room
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Serve as the daily “get it done” go-to person for assigned accounts
  • Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed defined goals. Own, manage and grow digital channel strategies for clients.
  • Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further -sales and marketing opportunities, and effectively communicating this to client.
  • Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans
  • Be a part of Annual planning & Strategy preparation for the assigned clientele.

You'd fit right in, if you:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Have prior experience into Digital Marketing and understanding of Media channels like Google, Shopping , Facebook, etc.
  • Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
  • Experience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Have an appetite for Risk and should be a strong decision maker.
  • Have advanced Excel skills for annual planning & business analysis
