AVP - Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Sokrati seeks to hire talented AVP, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances who’d help Sokrati build and grow Global Partnership Programme in terms of number of partners and revenues thereof. The partners could be of various types - integration partners, resellers, channel partners and alliances. The key geographies will include IN, US, UK & EU.

You’d need to be Awesome at:

  • Owning the entire gamut of activities in partner management from
    • Partner Identification & Prospecting
    • Partner coaching, mentoring & activation
    • Performance - Definition, Metrics and management
    • Revenue realization
    • Process setup and improvements
  • Managing and growing these relationships strategically, revenue-wise across geographies
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
  • Thinking Product & Feature Ideas - Customizing Sokrati offerings relevant to the partners’ set of prospects (in that geography)

If you are:

  • 4+ years of experience (atleast 2 years in partner Management) - international experience preferred
  • Excited about expanding business rapidly across geographies through Digital Marketing solutions
  • Aggressive, Sharp negotiator & Take Control
  • Detail Junkie, numbers driven in decision making and assertive communicator
