AVP Sales

Merkle-Sokrati, India’s leading Digital Marketing and Analytics firm is looking for AVP Sales with specific experience and competencies to spearhead the organization towards its next level of growth.The Sales executive will be responsible for new client acquisition and be delivering top line numbers in India. This is a very consultative and strategic sell and we are looking for a passionate salesperson who is excited about working for a Leader in Online Advertising to join the team.


  • Deliver against assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
  • Be highly competent and skilled to present the Sokrati offering via the web and face-to-face to customers up to C Level Executives
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
  • Represent the organisation at marketing and technology conferences.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Participate in product strategy definition with Product team
  • Partner with Client Services division to ensure successful implementations, customer satisfaction, and ongoing partnership with Direct clients

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Sales experience with Agency/ CRM/ Technology services/ Media company.
  • Experience selling to C level Executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to persuade, lead, and
  • confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues.
  • Have the ability to do concept selling
  • MBA degree from a good B-School is a plus.
