Merkle|Sokrati, India’s leading Digital Marketing and Analytics firm is looking for a Client Engagement resource with specific experience and competencies to spearhead the organization towards its next level of growth. This resource will help us build strong relationships of great performance & trust amongst its Clientele and spread the word about how we offer the best possible Digital Advertising experience in the industry.

 

What do we want from you?

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
  • monitor and track progress of during the implementation phase.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Review project plans to be shared with clients to ensure they are in line with the client requirements and the scope of the project.
  • Understand your client’s missions, business needs and challenges as well as the business processes that support them
  • Define and evolve system concepts and feasible solutions that answer the client’s business challenges.
  • Research, understand, and document client challenges in order to develop the best solution concept
  • Partner with the Solution Facilitator to conduct client Assessments. You also will work with teams to decide upon the right approach, technologies and campaigns to address requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities within the account based on the gaps identified within the client organization, the current industry trends and driving product/service value add basis such insights to continually grow the account.
    Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans 
  • Establish a thorough understanding of client’s business, brand, customers and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance and develop digital strategies/solutions that address their business needs and goals. 
  • Establish and maintain client relationships including client communication, report delivery, project management and strategy development. 
  • Good at pitching to the client and commanding respect in the room. 
  • Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance and its impact
  • Commanding respect & driving meetings with CXO level members
  • Being on top of Digital Marketing space from technology, competition and functionality perspective

 

What could you be?

  • You should have at least 6+ years of Client Management or client-facing Program Management experience (Technology / Marketing Industry preferred)
  • You need to have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Having expertise in Martech Automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment. 
  • You need to be great at articulating your thoughts and presenting a clear well-defined structure.
  • You need to be a great negotiator of solution and commercials
  • Experience working with BFSI vertical (start-up preferred)
  • Goof to have experience in cross functional roles with exposure across Technology, Websites CRM, website analytics, search marketing, social media, online acquisition
  • Taking initiative and working effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • And most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction
